City of Kerrville Public Works,
Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District, Upper Guadalupe River Authority and
local businesses are sponsoring a contest promoting water conservation in
residential Kerr County properties.
     City of Kerrville Public Works - 830.792.8325
Responsibilities include the construction, operation, maintenance of City of Kerrville
infrastructure including water and wastewater utilities, streets, storm water drainage,
floodplain and solid waste.
     Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District (HGCD) - 830.896.4110
The Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District mission is to develop, promote, and
implement water conservation, augmentation, and management strategies to protect the water
resources of the District as a sustainable resource for the benefit of its citizens, economy,
and environment.
     Upper Guadalupe River Authority (UGRA) - 830.896.5445
The mission of the Upper Guadalupe River Authority is to conserve and reclaim surface water
through the preservation and distribution of the water resources for future growth in order
to maintain and enhance the quality of life for all Kerr County citizens.
